After years operating as in-house counsel for a diverse family of companies, we’ve negotiated with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries, contracts, and commercial models. That experience taught us two things: every business needs practical, responsive legal support and traditional legal structures weren’t designed for the pace of modern business or the realities of AI.  As AI and automation reshape how companies operate, we saw a growing need to help others understand, negotiate, and manage the legal risks that come with emerging technologies. So we built Arkline to do just that: to be a trusted legal advisor and a leader in this evolving legal landscape – helping businesses navigate the cutting edge with clarity, confidence, and control.
