That experience taught us two things: every business needs practical, responsive legal support and traditional legal structures weren’t designed for the pace of modern business or the realities of AI. As AI and automation reshape how companies operate, we saw a growing need to help others understand, negotiate, and manage the legal risks that come with emerging technologies.
