Chandler Rose is the CEO of the Rosewood Family of Companies, where he leads a diverse portfolio of businesses with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth. He began his career in private legal practice alongside Jamie Kipke before leading the 2008 acquisition and turnaround of ProVantage Corporate Solutions. Under his leadership, the company emerged from bankruptcy and grew into a national provider of retail and installation services—an early example of Chandler’s resilience and strategic vision.

Since then, he has founded and led several successful ventures, including In Demand Services, Cruxos, Penmarc Inspired Spaces, Southern Concepts Design & Build, and Helmwise. As the founder and captain of Helmwise, Chandler helps other business leaders navigate strategy, growth, and transformation in fast-evolving industries.

He also co-hosts The Powerhouse Perspective: Empowering Leaders for Business Breakthroughs, a monthly podcast where he and co-host Scott Medeiros share leadership insights drawn from years of hands-on executive experience. In addition to his work with Rosewood, Chandler is an angel investor in several companies on the leading edge of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

Chandler’s contributions to business and the community were recognized by the Triangle Business Journal, which named him a 2021 CEO & C-Suite Award honoree.

While his primary focus remains on leading the Rosewood organization, Chandler serves as Of Counsel to Arkline Legal Advisors, providing strategic insight on emerging technology, artificial intelligence, and the transformational shifts reshaping how business gets done.

He brings to Arkline a blend of legal experience, entrepreneurial drive, and a deep commitment to values-driven leadership—making him a steady presence in both the boardroom and the community.
